Night Lake invites players to experience a quiet yet mysterious fishing adventure under the cover of darkness. Using a lantern and your fishing rod, you cast your line into different lakes ranging from serene pine forests to eerie frozen shores and overgrown bayous. The gameplay centers on skillfully timing your casts and carefully reeling in each catch, while managing tension to avoid losing fish. As you gather and sell your haul, you can upgrade your gear and unlock new locations to explore. Beyond ordinary fish, the lakes conceal unusual creatures and legends that add an unsettling atmosphere to this relaxing simulation. Night Lake blends calm fishing mechanics with subtle arcade and adventure elements for a unique twist on the genre.

How to Play

Goal: catch fish, sell them at the dock, buy better tackle, complete quests and unlock new lakes. Land the lake monsters, then call up each lake's legend.

Computer: W/S to row, A/D to turn. Hold Left Click on the water to aim and release to cast. Click or press Space when the float really goes under, then hold to reel in. In a fight keep the tension out of the red and hold A/D to lean the rod away from the fish. E opens the dock shop at the dock, J quests, P pause.

Phone: left stick to row and turn. Right stick: hold to aim, let go to cast; tap when the float goes under, hold to reel in, push away from the fish in a fight.
