About Animal Hospital

Animal Hospital puts you in charge of identifying and treating unusual animal patients who arrive after midnight. Using photos and paperwork, you must decide which creatures are genuine and which hide something more unsettling beneath their outward appearance. As you admit patients, you'll guide them to wards and help them recover through mini-games, all while managing the hospital’s essential systems like generators and monitoring security cameras. The atmosphere grows increasingly tense as mysterious beings begin to appear within the clinic. This psychological horror experience blends animal care with eerie decision-making and survival elements. Whether playing alone or cooperating with others, your challenge is to maintain order and sanity during these unsettling night shifts.

How to Play

Controls
PC: WASD — move, mouse — look, E — interact / admit, R — refuse, F — patient chart, G — records log, Q — flashlight, C — coffee to go, RMB (hold) — zoom in, 1–6 — quick phrases in co-op, Esc — pause. Cameras: walk up to the surveillance tablet and press E.

Smartphone: left stick — move, swipe on the right — look, round buttons on the right — flashlight, magnifier, and coffee; decisions and all other actions — tap the buttons and prompts on screen.
